Brecknock YFC Carcase Competition was held recently at George Butchers Talgarth with reason giving taking place at Gwernyfed RFC. Members from across the County judged one line of Lamb, beef and pork carcases. The winners will now go forward to represent the County in the Wales YFC final held at the Welsh Winter Fair on Monday 27th November 2017.

The annual event, which was held recently, attracted over 60 members aged between 10 and 26 to compete against each other in a range of competitions; pig judging, beef judging, Dairy Cattle, butchers lamb judging and an animal health questionnaire.
