Ystradfellte YFC Trip to the Young British Farming Awards!

On Tuesday 27th August 2024, Ystradfellte YFC, one of three finalists in the Young Farmers Club of the Year Category, made the trip to Cannon Hall Farm, Yorkshire for the Young British Farming Awards.

Huge congratulations to Ystradfellte for their nomination for the award. The Judges commented, “Hugely impressive amount of money raised and their work within the community to bring people together is truly inspiring. The activities around keeping club morale high is admirable too!”

The decision may have not gone their way but congratulations for being a finalist, it is a great honour and congratulations for the success of their tractor run which raised an amazing £18,000 for Great Ormond St Hospital!
