Public Speaking Day

Yesterday Brecknock YFC held their annual Public Speaking Day at Ysgol Calon Cymru, Llanfair Ym Muallt. An excellent day had by all with a very high standard throughout all competitions.

On behalf of the federation, we would like to thank your Judges Elen Williams, Geraint Watkins, Hefin Evans, Caryl Haf Jones, Colette Evans, and Amanda Thomas, our stewards, timekeepers, and county officials forgiving up their time. Congratulations to Trecastle YFC and guest speaker from Erwood YFC on winning the U16 English Public Speaking competition, Angharad Pontfaen YFC winning Situations Vacant, Raiff Pontfaen YFC winning Senior Member of the year and Chloe Trecastle YFC winning Junior member of the year.

Congratulations to all members who competed yesterday and best of luck to those who have been selected to represent the county at Wales YFC finals on the 27th March.
