Inspiration Compeition

Members are asked to design an added value product or new cut to promote Wales YFC lamb initiative and the general welsh lamb market in Wales.

The top three ideas will be prepared, cooked and served at the Lamb Initiative reception (Monday of the Royal Welsh Show at 12pm).

The winner will be invited to spend time at a food innovation center to see how their product can be developed and the opportunity to pitch the winning idea to Sainsbury’s team.
