It's Pantomime Time.....

I am sure all clubs are now all very busy preparing for the Brecknock YFC 71st Annual Drama/Pantomime and One Plus Festival to be held at Theatr Brcyheiniog, 5th - 10th February 2018.

Members gathered yesterday evening to start arrangements for the Festival and completed that all important draw for the order of appearance.

Tickets will go on sale from Monday 15th January 2018.  A maximum of 6 tickets per person per night can be purchased.  Tickets Price; £9.50 (no concession for children), £8.50 (if tickets are purchased for 3 or more nights, tickets must be purchased at the same time) and Gala - £12.50.  All prices include a 50p admin fee. The box office doors will open on the 15th January at 9am.  To save queuing over night a draw for order of purchasing tickets will be made to those present at 8.45am before the doors open at 9am.  Telephone lines will open at 11am.  No tickets can be purchased from the YFC Office.  

Clubs do have the opportunity to reserve tickets before the 15th Jan via their club allocation form.  These forms must be submitted to the YFC Office no later than 4pm on Thursday 11th January along with full payment.  You must contact your club direct regarding these tickets. 

A raffle will be drawn each evening and a week long programme along with raffle tickets will be sold in the Theatr foyer, both upstairs and down.  

The Friends of Brecknock YFC 200 Club Officers will be present during the week and the draw will take place on the Friday night (9th February).  If you are not a member of this then I urge you to sign up.  It is £10 per year to be a member.  For more information please contact Jan Healey or Rhian Dillon.
