Successful Achievement Day despite the Weather..

Brecknock YFC held its Achievement Day last Saturday at Hafod-y-Hendre, Llanelwedd.  After careful consideration and seeking advice from both Dyfed Powys Police and Powys County Council, Brecknock YFC Officials agreed to continue with their annual Achievement Day.

The day ran slightly later than scheduled due to the weather conditions but this did not dampen members enthusiasm.  Competitions included; club display, cookery, floral art, On the News, YFC Live, Disco Dancing, craft, Junior Fferm Factor, Group Singing and Senior and Junior Member of the Year.  All winners will now go forward to represent the County in the Wales YFC finals.

The Fence Erecting competitions (Senior & Junior) were postponed and will be re-arranged, more details will follow regarding a new date and venue for this competition.
